It’s always interesting to hear from voices in the hospitality industry. With this month being AAPI month, I made my way to 53 (a 3 story Asian culinary journey) to lisen to the AAPI panel on Voices in Hospitality. Afterwards, there was an array of savory and sweet items to enjoy! I definitely can’t wait to come back for a meal here as this was a great start.

The panel had Mark Yu, Executive Chef at 53, Vijay Kumar Chef of Semma, Maximilian Soh who is the managing director of Oiji Mi, Steven Wong owner of Co-Founder of Aqua Best, and Kimberly Camara Chef/Co-Founder of Kora.
