SK STUDIO OUT + ABOUT | FREDERICK ANDERSON RESORT 2027 PREVIEW

I have been attending a number of seasons of NYFW where Frederick Anderson presents his collections and this week, I made my way to Printemps on Wall Street to see his Resort 2027 collection. I always enjoy seeing how he applies cut-outs, see through pieces, and makes you feel that black and white are completely being shown in a new way! He tends to use the same models so there is such a familiartity with his collections while also being surprised on innovations that he brings in. Frederick talked about the inspiration, design nuances, and who the woman is that wears his pieces. He is known for his custom pieces and has an elite group of people that have worn his pieces and is known for dressing the NYC, Hamptons, Miami, and West Palm Beach woman.

After seeing this show and because I had been at a number of events and meetings that day, I made my way to American Cut. I had been here a few weeks back during Happy Hour to enjoy their Happy Meal (a dirty martini, Caesar Salad, and Truffle Fries - I added their Crab Cake Sandwhich which was super tasty). On this day, I was there because from Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend, American Cut has partnered with Lunch Lobster Roll and they offer the Hamptons Meal - a glass of rose, 2 mini Lobster Rolls and Fries.

I am a MAJOR Lunch Lobster Roll fan as I love going to their locations in Amagansett and Southampton - I love eating outside there and having their lobster roll, clam chowder, and a number of their cocktails. If you can’t get out there (we go year around) then coming here and enjoying this collaboration is definitely something that you should consider! I also love the bartenders there as well as you can eat at the bar as well as the little lounge area right by the bar to take advantage of one of the best Happy Hours in the city!
