SK STUDIO OUT + ABOUT | STEM & BARREL: NAPA VALLEY SCREENING

There is always something going on in NYC and as I was on my way downtown, I realized that the Tribeca Film Festival was underway! On Wed night at the Crosby Street Hotel, Stem & Barrel: Napa Valley had a screening for their documentary which will stream this weekend on Discovery, Discovery+ and Cooking Channel!

This film looks at what the harvest season looks looks like for 3 vineyards Beaulieu Vineyard, Frank Family Vineyards, and Etude. Before the screening, we enjoyed 3 wines where each one represented the vineyard along with heavily passed appetizers. I had all 3 wines which were very good. I’m not a Chardonnay person per se, but this one was very tasty after a very hot day in the city. The Pinot Noir was also perfect for the evening but far and away, the CabSav by BV was my favorite without a doubt.

The film is definitely one that you should watch as its informative while also showing you what it takes to enjoy your favorite glass. The panel allowed us to find out more and it was a great night to just settle in with those who are in the industry.
