SK STREAMING | S8 E. 10-14 LOVE ISLAND USA

Aftersun is here! We get to see this fun recap show with Ciara Miller, star of Summer House and Tefi Pessoa who are co-hosts of the Love Island companion show. We’ll get to see what happens once a person is dumped from the Villa and we will hear from Sean and Bea. We will hear from them for 6 weeks. The producers give the people who left the show their phones so they can see what other people are thinking of them. For those who have watched previous seasons of Aftersun, there are new elements to this one!
I totally agree with Ciara that Gabriel could have walked away with Bea. Sean is given his phone by the Aftersun crew. He checks his messages as well as his socials. He also reads the article about leaving the police department and sees what they thought about him doing the show. He tells the producer that before he left, he was given awards and then he says that his department knew where he was going. Sean’s mom taks with him about how proud she is of him and also talks with him about how Aniya could have been a great match with. She also likes that him and Sincere can be friends outside of the Villa. In speaking with his sister, she lets him know she has beef with the Mayor and how she responded as well as with Bea who felt that he was a red flag because he had a child.
The co-hosts sit down with Sean to talk about his time in the Villa. He talks about how much fun he had, how it was hard for him to leave his son and he says that a person he would like to connect with romantically is Aniya! He also talks about how the police department knew what he was going to be on as well.

He also says that Aniya was the hottest girl in the Villa. He let us know that the bromance in the house was so real. He again says if there is someone that he would steal - it would be Aniyah. He also says that Bryce has great style, but KC will cut items up and look amazing. Aniyah is also the most stylish girl in the house.
Now we are with Bea as she opens up her phone to see what is going on in the world! She sees that there is a lot of love for her. She also talks with her friend who lets her know about various interactions in the house that she may not have known about, what she thought about Gabriel, and how her disability being shown on the show was so great!
Now she is in the studio with the co-hosts. She shares that although she left, she didn’t expect Gabriel to leave and she doesn’t want to cut his experience. She is not opposed to reconnecting after though!
Sean and Gabriel are both in studio and they talk about their time in their house as well as predictions. Bea says that Corbin is here to play the game versus Trinity who is in it for Bryce and doesn’t have a number 2. Tefi asks about whether Sean having a kid was an issue for her. Bea says she didn’t beat teen pregnancy to fall in love with a man. She feels that in knowing him, he is a good man and one that she enjoyed getting to know more about.
E11 kicks off after the votes for recoupling have taken place. The house is grappling with the latest dumping and Gabriel and Jen are talking about what took place. Kenzie and Caleb seem to be very cozy with one another as they seem to come from the same place. She lets him know that they have more in common with one another than Corbin. Melanie chats with Sol and lets her know that she doesn’t have beef with her, but she did ask if they kissed and Sol said they did. Melanie opted to sleep in Soul Ties because she couldn’t be in the same room with Sincere. Kenzie and Melanie now chat and Melanie is given the green light to be able to continue with Corbin. She realizes that she needs to focus on Caleb too.
In honor of FIFA, the Islanders are playing a soccer themed challenge where they have to do various challenges as well as answer questions where they may be slimed if the answer is wrong! Today’s game is moderated by Frederick Oldenburg who is a sports anchor on Telemundo for this year’s FIFA matches.
During a portion of the challenge, Zach answers a question by saying that KC has not explored because he feels like Aniya is the safe option. As the house settles in prior to any activities during the night, Aniya talks with Zach and Kayda to find out more about why Zach selected him for that response. While she is talking to them, KC is talking with Sol as he is attempting to shoot his shot with her. Zach said he didn’t mean anything by it but because of things that were said by KC, he felt that this was accurate. When Aniya talks with KC about it, he tries to downplay it and she even says that he said he didn’t go for Sol because of Sincere. As everyone is absorbing this information, a text comes and lets the Islanders know that the Hideaway is open. We find out that Zach and Kayda are going. Earlier in the episode, he tells her that he doesn’t want to go too far for her because what if a Bombshell comes in and then it’s over. When they talked about it and as they get prepped for their solo night - it’s clear that they are going ti enjoy their experience with one another.
