SK STUDIO OUT + ABOUT | GREAT COMFORT SUMMER MEAL

I had a great lunch at Audace yesterday which I went to earlier this year when I attended a proscuitto dinner earlier this year! It’s a cozy vibe with one of the Co-Founders Marco who talks about the restaurant and the menu. When I went previously, I had one of their pizzas and when I came back for a tasting, I had another great pizza - their Boscaiola along with a really savory octopus dish - Polpo Mediterraneo as well as a phenomenal pasta dish that was a blend of a Roman classic with a twist - Tortello Cacio & Pepe Stile Napoletano I completed the meal with icecream and a little hazelnut cake - Torotino Nocciola. I also loved having a cocktail and a perfect glass of red wine!
