SK STUDIO OUT + ABOUT | BONE BROTH OMAKASE

Last week, I had the pleasure of attending a Bone Broth Omakase at BARO + K Sushi for their Jin Broth pop-up. I have been a fan of bone broth for over a decade and I enjoyed tasting this 12-hour style of this broth. Each dish in this omakase tasting includes bone broth in an array of their dishes in a non-traditional way. I had soups, Lasagna Dumplings and so much more! One of my favorite dishes was their Rice Wine Gelato in addition to the Lasagna Dumpling. Each guest when they attend this dinner goes home with a bone broth in a bottle.
